Owner & Architect
A designer and teacher for more than 30 years Hope has a BA of Design in Architecture and an MA in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
Her list of completed design work includes restaurants, retail and private residential projects. Her teaching experience includes 10 years as the head of Department of Design Technology at FSCJ.
Hope is committed to realizing successful creative design solutions and well executed projects by establishing a collaborative working relationship between the client and design team at the outset to completion of the project.
Involved in the community activities for many years she has served on multiple community and municipal boards. She currently works from her office located in Neptune Beach, Florida.
Julianne N. Overby, RA
Architect
A registered Architect and Interior Designer in the State of Florida. Julianne has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami.
Julianne has experience with various project types, including restaurants, retail, commercial spaces, new residential and residential remodels.
Working with a team-oriented mindset, Julianne believes that projects of all scales matter. She strives to create the most optimal functioning space for each client regardless of the project type or scope. She values the relationship with each client and team member.
Julianne works to balance various architectural projects and an active family of five, while serving as fundraising event chair for Faithful Servant Missions.
